A man stabbed and injured his co-worker after an argument. He tried to kill himself after killing nine and injuring eleven others by hijacking a public bus. Pray for the victims and their families. Also pray for the government departments to have wisdom in setting up appropriate public response mechanisms.

Premier Wen Jiabao commented that some universities in China emphasize on profit making (instead of quality education). Please pray that the educators would have the right and clear priorities, and be able to develop students, who will make positive contribution to the world.

With the growth of 3G mobile internet usage, the government is amending the Ordinance for monitoring the operations of mobile network. Please pray for a healthy mobile / internet environment in China, and development of relevant national laws to curb the transmission of harmful contents without restricting the helpful like ours.
